We are getting excited for our fundraising dinner and auctions!
Auctions items include South Coast holiday stays, Lamberts wines, photography packages, dining at some of Canberra’s lovely venues, Hyatt high tea and lots more. The full auction listing available here, noting there will be both live and silent auctions plus raffle tickets.

Calamari & Chorizo Salad (GF, NF) with haloumi and orange dressing
Balsamic Roasted Carrot Salad (GF, DFO) with goats curd, toasted seeds and nuts, herb salsa
Main
Riverina Lamb Rump (GF, DF, NF) with roasted pink potato, grilled broccolini, pomegranate, salsa verde
Queensland Barra (GF, DF, NF) lime and coconut sauce, rice pilaf and sugar snaps
There will be a fresh green salad mustard dressing (NF, GF, DF) to share for each table
